Conductor, Concert Performer
& Studio Musician
Pond has performed with the Utah Symphony Orchestra, the
John Davidson & Bob Hope shows, Alvino Rey, the
Brassworks British Brass Band, Utah Premiere Brass, Orange
County Orchesta, & many other chamber, jazz, studio,
symphonic, & electronic groups. He has served as the
conductor of the Nachtmusik chamber orchestra, the West
Jordan Community Orchestra, the Wasatch Brass Society, the
Utah Valley Kicks Band, the Kingsbury Ballet Orchestra, the
Salt Lake Symphonic Band (AF of M local 104); the Summit
Festival Orchestra; & as resident or guest conductor of
the Utah Oratorio Society, Wasatch Chorale, Washington D.C.
Mormon Choir, Southern Virginia Univesity Orchestra, and
numerous other professional, educational, & community
ensembles throughout the western U.S.
